The investment objective of the Prime Balanced Income Fund of Funds is to seek a secure, steady income with a measure of capital growth.
Investment Strategy
Investments to be included in the Prime Balanced Income Fund of Funds shall consist of participatory interests of investment portfolios of collective investment schemes and shall at all times comply with retirement fund regulations. The blended solution shall maintain a balanced level of high-income generating instruments.

The fund will invest primarily in a range of participatory interests of investment portfolios with investment policies which are characterized as being passive exchange traded funds of an income generating nature.

Itumelengi is a Fixed Income Analyst and has developed strong exposure across fixed income and equities. She worked at Standard Bank within the Global Markets unit, where she gained practical experience on the Fixed Income Sales desk and collaborated closely with bond traders and research analysts. She also formed part of the FEZEKA Graduate Program, completing rotations at STANLIB and the Public Investment Corporation. At Pi, Itumeleng supports the Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Itumeleng holds a BCom in Investment Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and is currently a CFA Level 1 candidate. She is passionate about fixed income strategy, data-driven decision-making, and long-term value creation.

Beniam graduated with a BSc in Actuarial Science in 2022 and has been working in the financial services industry for just over three years. He has already made notable contributions in data analytics and financial management. He is committed to growing within the industry and is actively progressing with his ASSA board exams. Beniam has demonstrated a strong dedication to learning and development, contributing to different projects in the team.
